HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US!
It's been 1 year and 1 day since we landing in the land of Oz, so we were looking forward to a party with a few friends...
...you know? Snags, Burgalars, Lamb etc on the Barby with some 'fair drinkum' wine n beer to wash it all down with?
Which is what we HAD! Fantastic evening with heaps of mates, and the kids in the pool on a warm evening with the sky on fire as the sun set...
...Oh, and Caity looking like this!
She was playing basket ball at school, fell over her laces, landed with her hands out and it started to hurt - A LOT, so off to Doc's, Xrays, back to Docs, bandaged and then today, Sat, off to Princess Margaret's Hospital for children (in the City) to have a half plaster put on - It's broken!
Still - better it happen 1 year and day rather than just 1 day into our life here???
She has to go back in 4 weeks for a checkup (from the neck-up!), so we'll keep you 'posted'!
Hello, poor Caitlin, we throught she looked a bit sad (which is not like her),lets hope it doesnt get too hot as she cant go in the pool. Get better soon poppet.......Nanna & Grandad xxxx

ReplyDeletewell done Caitie think you beat your dad at getting plastered in Oz lol hope it doesn't hurt too much now x x Auntie Lo
ReplyDeleteHi Caitie, we are sorry to hear of your broken arm. Still, at least they don't run in the family, unlike wooden legs.
ReplyDeleteThe Spaxton Five hope it doesn't hurt too much, or the plaster doesn't itch too much either. If it does, get a knitting needle to help scratch your itch.
Much love James, Bev, Jack, Niamh and Olivia.
